Of course I smiled when I came across this warning (typical of early paperbacks) while moving some books around the other day.

And of course I couldn’t help but wonder if the warning had been sucked into the Google Borg.

Yes, I believe this particular author was not paid for the sale of a stripped book, or any other book for that matter.
