Have you ever seen a Jello cake?  I had never seen a Jello cake before yesterday.

No lie, it is completely gelatin.  And while I normally love Jello in all its neon glory, clear gelatin is more than I can handle.  (Mostly because about two bites in I remember what gelatin is made of and I get all grossed out and consider becoming vegan and no one wants that, other than my friend whose nickname is Vegan.)
