Put a bunch of cocoa powder and some sugar in a mug. Heat a bunch milk on stove. Pour some of the milk the mug until sugar and cocoa have dissolved. Pour the cocoa mix into the pan full of warm milk and stir.

Serve to kids as they wait outside for the bus on a cold winter morning in the snow.
