Gravy made with pan drippings, super fine flour, stock, white wine and butter? Why yes, I do want to drink it straight from the pan.
No Friday Football Foodie this weekend, because even if you’re not having Thanksgiving leftovers on Sunday, you are completely forgiven for ordering pizza because you’ve already washed every plate, pan and Pyrex dish in your house at least three times over the last two days.
As for me, I don’t know if I am going to able to sleep — much less eat — I’m so excited to see Dennis Dixon play Sunday night.
(No really, genuinely excited.)
(Although I do believe the league pressured either Ben or the team to sit Mr. I’m Fine and Will Start Against the Ravens.)
