Don’t even ask me how good the Bianca with fontina, mozzarella, sottocenere and sage was, nor the sage and sweet onion focaccia because my mouth is still full.

As always, it took all of my effort not to smear the entire cup of budino (butterscotch pudding with a salted carmel crust) all over my body with its wonderfulness.
