Today in The Music of New Coke, Tears for Fears “Everybody Wants To Rule The World” from Songs from the Big Chair.  “Everybody Wants To Rule The World” topped the pop, dance and adult contemporary charts in May and June of 1985, and would eventually become Tears for Fears biggest hit. 

Best use of the song?  Starting at the 5:00 minute mark of this clip, the end credits for one of the most quotable films from The Movies of New Coke.
